the licencing requirements of our issuers are very high so you can rest assured that all boats licenced under castle point district carry everything needed for a safe trip we give you a brief safty talk before leaving the marina and then off fishing general baits are included but if you require specific extra bait it is easily arranged just ask when booking
over 30 years experiance on the river there,s not much out there i havn,t tried a keen sea angler for over 40 years so a wealth of local knowledge

what a change to get three days out on the bounce in glorious weather the fishing has improved a fair bit in the thames with good mixed bags of hounds roker and bass and the first show of mackerel on sunday looking good at the moment with some large shoals of bait fish showing just waiting for that big spiral of gulls working so we can wet the feathers again

managed to get two days out on the bounce this weekend yahoo that makes a change with the last six weeks weather a good all round mixed bag few roker and a lot more hounds now with some nice bass to 11lb to put the icing on the cake

out last sat found a few mackerel at southend pier then off to catch some livebaits for bassing ended up with eight bass six skate couple of hounds n so many whiting we lost count all went home happy again thats what makes it all worthwhile

5am start from marina chassed round for mackrel then went fish hunting,forcast wrong as usual but fishable, dave tried very hard to get us fish we ended up around 30 fish dogs bass roker starry & common hounds,so not bad at all, dave very competant skipper i have known for many years, thanks mate,adrian collins.

went out with dave today and had a great day, dave took us straight to the fish no need to move..most of all very friendly skipper...i belong to a club and i know how to fish ..but i would recomend any new comers to the sport to give dave a try.

Had a day out bass fishing with livebaits in the towers, was a good day and Dave is a good friendly skipper who pulled all the stops out to make sure we had a good day. Have already booked a few trips for next year
