Skipper/owner Glen Milligan, I've fished these waters for 20years as a boat owner and skipper and also as an angler myself. For many years I fished as a member of the England Fishing team with great success- winning the world championships in 2006, runners-up twice! I have also won the Individual European title, I now love passing on help and guidance to my anglers to bring more fish onboard! You will often see me offering out traces, hooks and line to our customers.
I also write monthly articles for Total Sea Fishing Magazine, featuring the boat, fishing and our anglers.

7 members of the Hampshire based 'Fishing for Fun' club came out on Wight Huntress in March, the first half of the day was spent offshore on a Big Blonde Hunt, how about these three beauties weighing 18lbs, 22lbs and 26lbs, All caught at the same time!

This weekend saw Wight Huntress commodore boat for the efsa England Cod Champs 2010. Langstone selected to be the venue for this years event as it is well known for it's large Cod and sheltered waters, the competitors weren't dissappointed with the largest fish at 27lbs, one six big Cod caught by this years winner.. Kim Bowden. Congratulations to Kim and also to the other skippers, Ross on Dawn Venture and particularly Laurie on Predator who boated 16 double figure Cod on Day 2 to be top boat!

November and December is all about Cod fishing, that's BIG COD! On Saturday John Britnall's lads enjoyed beautiful weather and a brace of double figure fish for one of their novice anglers, first time out!

With a couple of settled evenings we finally managed to get out after some Sole. These trips are extremely popular with anglers in with a realistic chance of taking home a superb eating fish. So far the biggest Sole was caught last night by Mike York, a great fish at 2.5lbs!

All I can say mate is thanks. I had the best damm fishing trip I have had in British waters ever and Ive had a few. You and Reg made me feel very welcome and I look foreward too fishing with you again. Can you also thank Ray for me, for all of his help, you both really know your stuff.
