    Report on-board JFK TWO

    Sunday 23rd
    wet and windy priorities first, step onboard wheelhouse diesel heater on. wheelhouse toastie warm lovely. off and pick the lads up, kettle on
    out the piers and not a bad day just a little nippy on hands [not in the wheelhouse]
    a few mile up the coast anchors away. fish on after only 2-3 minutes canny cod 3lbs mark nice start. steady stream of fish after that. also a nice stamp of fish mostly 2-2.5lbs mark odd better one 4-5lbs
    pleasant surprise as almost all fish are canny keepers very few throw backs. steady fishing for the next 4 hrs
    coning up to bottom tide eventually fishing slowed off.
    said ill start the engines and warm them up for 5 minutes then we will shove further on again. engines started rods bang bang bang 4-5 fish coming in best cod of the day 6lbs as well . engines stopped
    fished steady again for next hour.
    ended up a cracking day with over 60 keepers upto 6lbs pic of davy showing stamp of fish
