    Report on-board Shy-Torque III

    Perfect conditions on the pond for yesterday’s team.
    More like fishing in the Med than the North Sea!
    Another mixed group fishing with us, enjoying a nice days sport.
    No big fish for us yesterday with our heaviest going to my old motorbiking mate Mick Jones with a Ling of 8lb 8oz.
    Andy Holmes brought his daughter Fran with him on this trip which was her maiden run on a boat.
    She loved it and managed a nice few fish for herself too.
    Most of the fish falling to the usual fresh Mackerel, squid and Shads with a good few “double ups “ on the Codling too!
    All in all, another cracker of a day on the boat.
    Let’s hope this weather stays with us all for some time to come!
