    Report on-board Deep Blue

    Tuesday 8th April.
    Nice out to start, with promise the conditions would worsen as the day went on. They did!! Slack on arrival, ebb starting, slack/flood the end.
    Small tides + easterlies = meh!
    A full crew on one of our inshore trips. A few regular regulars, and a few not so oftens.
    The day started out slow but finished on a high. A great stamp, and number, of pollack landed today, irrespective of the conditions we contended with.
    A mixture of styles (the lazy style adopted by Tim with the beard saw him land the most pollack on the trip) ��
    Not many small fish at seen at all, and not a single wrasse, which was a bit weird. Lures, squid, sprats, rag and lug baits.
