Report on-board Skylark
First trip was a 8 hour leaving at 8am
Fishing was straight away with plenty of plump mackerel coming over the rails.
While fishing we had a small pod of bottle nose dolphins passing by.
Amongst the mackerel we saw a nice selection of cod and pollock also boated with loads returned retaining only the better fish.
3 hour trip leaving at 4pm
As soon as we arrived at the fishing location we had a Minke whale feeding close by.
First drop and nearly all the customers we strait into the mackerel and cod.
We watched the whale move further south across the North Bay we were shortly treated with 4 or 5 bottle nose dolphins heading north at speed.
On all the trips everyone caught a fish. The 3 hour trip is the first one we've ever had were we had whales, dolphins and a huge selection of sea birds flying around.View Boats Page
