    Report on-board Shy-Torque III

    Some breezy conditions the other day hindering the operations somewhat. A mixed group of lads ( from the North of the country ) did fish well however with cod to just under 9lb and ling to 14lb.

    The tides at present are enormous and aren't much good for the wrecking here at Whitby. The wind has also been a little on the stiff side this last few days so we've been hard at work back on land.

    Next trip away on the boat is this coming Sunday ( weather permitting ) with another mixed group.

    Finger crossed for the weather to get back off shore again!!

    All the winds this last week have been from the prevailing West/ Southwest so the water will definately be like gin for us out there, so hopefully we'll be back amongst the big cod!!
