Report on-board Dawn Venture
weekend summary 20-22 june
struggled with strong nor'westerly wind that hampered the fishing......again,lots of small codling and haddock,coalies mixed in and lots of Pollack in the 1.5-2lb range.also lots of doggies and small huss,biggest huss landed was 6lb with another lost at boats'side about 12lb.
mackerel stil sporadic,seeing only 6 on each of the 3 days...the fish that are getting caught are stuffed with sandeel yet the mackerel remain elusive!
