out of lowestoft on Lead Us feb 19th
headed out on yet another foggy morning to the south holm with fish coming from the off the fog cleared within the hour leaving a clear blue sky and a spring like temperature the fish continued throughout the day good sized whiting with the odd dab thrown in for good measure decided to call it a day at 15.30 when the fog had returned and visabilty was down to 50m. ending the day 50+ good whiting and half a dozen nice dabs a good time had by all
out of lowestoft on Lead Us sat 9th feb
headed out early on a lovely still morning up to corton catching the last couple of hours of the flood with some really good whiting coming from the off and until slack water things looked promising until the ebb started with whiting coming in through the first hour then things went dead with just the odd fish coming things did pick up a little as the tide eased with a few more whiting and a couple of cod. ending up with approx 50 whiting and 2 cod to 2.5lb
four days out of lowestoft on Lead Us 25th 26th 27th 28th jan
25th out on a jolly today with a mate the 2 of us had plenty of good sized whiting and 6 cod to 4lb
26th ian and his mates had loads of whiting and 15 cod to 4lb see you all in a fortnight
27th the cooks had plenty of whiting and 8 cod to 4lb on their first ever boat trip with 2 of them catching their first cod
28th i expected things to be the same which they were for the whiting but not a single cod ? and a bumpy ride home
all in all a good weekends fishing and a good time had by all

sun saw us heading out with the remains of a stiff easterly and a big swell up to corton which made fishing very difficult to say the least although still managed a good bag of whiting 30+ and 2 cod to 3lb although one was very small
mon saw us heading back to the same spot in what could'nt have been more differrent conditions hadrly a ripple on the sea, less whiting today 20 + but 4 cod to 4lb
