    Very difficult times,

    CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Since my last Newsletter the coronavirus situation has got worse.

With social distancing and staying at home the main prioritys to try and help slow down and beat this KILLER VIRUS we have to take measures.

What I am going to do is cancel all trips from now until and including May 7th 2020 – I will then re access the situation and listen to government advice.

Nobody really knows at this time when the constraints of the virus will be over.?

I have already had lots of people re scheduling their trips due to this virus situation. I think at present this the way forward.

Contact me by email or phone, Re book and I will transfer your deposits to a future date.
NOTE: I will send out a weekly newsletter and will also put postings on my web sites and face book,to keep you up dated and informed

Hoping you are surviving business and health wise.Stay Safe and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

    Difficult times,

CORONAVIRUS is now a daily topic and is a Killer virus.

Myself and the majority of my customers are in the vulnerable age group. I thought it best to accept this situation now rather than at the last minute.

With social distancing seeming to be a priority I think I/we need to act now.

What I am going to do is cancel all trips from now until April 14th 2020 – I will then re access the situation.

I have already had lots of people re scheduling their trips due to this virus situation. I think at present this the way forward.

Contact me by email or phone, Re book and I will transfer your deposits to a future date.

Nobody really knows at this time when the constraints of the virus will be over.?

Lets be sensible and come out the other side alive.

Hoping you are surviving business and health wise, will keep in touch. Stay Safe and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards, Colin, Flamer IV

Flamer IV regulars Denise and Ian Youngs caught nice Undulate Rays on their latest trip aboard Flamer IV, Denise landed an Undulate Ray weighing 12Ib 8oz and Ian landed one weighing 10Ib. The successful bait was squid and mackerel cocktails on Sakuma Manta hooks. Both rays were weighed, photographed and returned alive.

I hope the weather improves soon I can get you out for the Spring Turbot and Plaice fishing and on the Wrecks for Pollack and of course on the Reefs and Banks for Rays, Spurs etc.

Pictured is Ian Youngs with his 10Ib Undulate Ray.

A session drifting on a bank produced the first Turbot of the year on Flamer IV, a nice plump fish weighing 5Ib 8oz and was caught by Paul Milkins. This was follwed by a session at anchor on a different Bank which produced Blonde, Thornback and Undulate Rays along with numerous Congers and Whiting.
Paul Milkins landed his Personal Best Undulate Ray weighing 15Ib.
78 year old Peter Gould had right old tug on his tackle when he pulled up a 15Ib 8oz Blonde Ray and a Conger at the same time on his two hook trace, Peter was a bit knackered after that experience. Peter is pictured with his 15Ib 8oz Blonde Ray.
