First two days fishing since mid March due to Covid 19 and straight into the summer festival, had the local boys on day one, Shane, Richard and Dave, they really fished well, with Dave having a bumper box of Cod to take home and Shane taking top prize with a ling of 12lb 15oz also leading overall. Day two saw three lads from Doncaster and the the two veterans from Blackburn all got some nice fish, with Ken from Malton going first equal on the day with a cod weighing 7lb 3oz.

Just dreaming about the past when we used to go fishing, hopefully it won't be too long until Boris gives us the go ahead, we will get some nice fish out of the wrecks which must be filling up now they have been left alone for a while, maybe one or two like that 22lb + Cod that Dave Shey caught with us winning the summer festival, with total winnings of £5550, still places available for both summer and autumn festivals if you fancy a go, in the mean time keep safe, I will keep posting updates on my sites if there are any signs we will be going.

First time out since my Holidays with a good bunch of lads aboard we went to the wrecks on the twelve to eighteen mile marks, all the lads caught well, top man was Jason from Tony Barretts gang, after a slow start Tony watching Jason learnt the way to do it and came up with a triple on three muppets, squid was the top bait today but they were also falling to shads, a great day finishing up with fifty plus codlings, hope to see all you lads again. Pictured is Tony Barrett with his triple on the muppets.
