    29/04/2010 what a great day we had a nice bit of fish from a couple of marks that we use,it was the first time that jim has been with us he will certanly come again we finished up with 2 bass to 5lb, 7 rooker to 9lb, 5 cod between 5lb--8lb and a splattering of dogs and hounds for good measure,the forcast is not to good for the weekend with north/eastlys coming in to 7 sorry lads theres not a lot i can do about the weather,to all you fishermen/women who read the reports if you get let down by charter boats out of our area give me a call i will try and help you out if i can at least i will tell you if i am not going through mechanical or weather tight lines,bp.

    25/04/2010 We left harbour at 6.00am and steamed to a mark off sizewell that we had fished before, with the tide on the flood it took us just over an hour,it was flat calm with a nice bit of sunshine in for good measure we had 8 nice cod between 5lb/8lb we decided to head back half way through the ebb and fish the last 2 hours on our 4 mile mark for a skate,no skate but we had 4 more cod about the same size not a bad day,i would like to thank Geoge/Andy/steve for coming in at short notice great company,see you all soon bp.

    18/04/2010 fished on the maria rosa again today things were very slow only 1x8lb cod,1xwhitting,&1xspotty dog, we moved inside a bit but it was much the same very slow & no fish, after a couple of hours we had another move on an area that is usally pretty good a fast ebbing tide didnot help produced only a few line bites,the weather was great and the company well done Mark your picture is on the wall thanks for a great day lads hope to see you all again,bp.

    07/04/2010,Sea was flat calm to good a oppitunity to miss we headed out to a wreck the Maria Rosa lying in 120ft and 10 mile off Kessingland we had 10 cod to 13lb and missed 5 just not hooking them selfs,
    10/04/2010 Another nice day plenty of sunshine and allmost perfect conditions we took a party of 4 went on the 6 mile contour for 3 hours nothing showing moved inside to the E/B plenty of nice whitting and only one cod of 5lb came to the boat, the cod seem to be holding around the Southwold/Dunwich area and are not moving north like they have done before,the first of the rooker have shown a freind of ours had a nice 8lb fish on thursday well done Nick,tight lines bp.

    28/03/2010 we were a bit late in getting away today due to the clock alterations,weather was a bit lumpy to say the least but we stuck it out, fishing was the same as saturday very slow but once the the tide started to ebb we started to catch fish paul had the biggest of the day a nice fat cod of 16lb with kurt his son having a one eyed baby about 3lb, 9 cod came to the boat with most weighing in at 7lb--8lb a great day was had and look forward to seeing you all again,brian.

    Sat 27/03/2010 left moorings at 7.45 with Ashley and his freinds steamed out north of e/newcome about 4 mile off fishing was a bit slow with the flood nearing the end when the ebb started to run we started to catch a few cod it went a bit slow in the middle and picked up again at the end with a nice 14lb cod coming into the boat we finished up with 8 nice cod,weather was very good and so was the company,i enjoyed the wild boar pate that ben brought its a shame he get to eat any,thanks for some great entertainment see you all soon,brian.

    23/03/2010, me, paul, and nigel fished a new mark today in a area that i have only scaned on passing but i felt sure that it would produce as with the stucture of the sea bed is a bit of rough ground were the water is boiling, we started fishing at 10.30 with the tide just started to make we had 3 cod on the boat and lost 2 in the first hour as the tide made things went a bit slow as normal with the top of the tide producing another 3 cod, as the ebb started to run we picked up 2 more cod making a total of 8 a great day fishing with great company may be things have started to look up in our area, tight lines,bp.

    Sunday 21/03/2010 great weather plenty of sunshine shame about the fishing,started 7 miles off on a dropoff 68ft of water we had 1 cod weighing 11lb fishing was very slow we moved out to 98ft of water and 10 miles off we planted our selfs up tide of a wreck that we have had good results in the past but today im afrade didnot produce the goods only1cod weighing 9lb we packed up at 4.30 and made our way in lets hope we have better luck next trip,bp.

    17/03/2010 bit of a southerly blow 4--5 fished inside for 5 hrs not one bite 16.30 when the wind eased we moved out to the 4 mile bank had a look round few marks showing put the pick in and said we are not going in till we catch at least one fish 18.15 we had one cod on the boat a nice 8lber,after that we made our way back in just in time to celerbrate st.paddys day with a couple of pints of the black stuff,hope to get out over the weekend weather permitting to the deep water where the fish seem to be at the moment,will keep you posted,bp,sorry no pictures will start to include photos when i get my camera back.

    Saturday 13/03/2010 we headed straight for the 4mile contour off Kessingland not much showing so headed out to 6mile bank off the E/B lot of fish showing on the sounder started fishing at the end of the flood Andy lost two fish before slack water,when the tide started to ebb i had two cod in the first run uptide,then Arther got into a nice cod of 8lb he was lucky to get the fish in as the spool on his reel shattered,it was a nice day with great company hope to see you all again soon will keep you posted,Brian.
