out of lowestoft on Lead Us 15/16-12-12
hard work this weekend with the residual swell wind and big tides on sat fishing on the flood was slow with most of the fish coming on the ebb ending up with 9 cod to 3.5 lb and loads of whiting
sunday was a lovely day to be at sea but the fishing was slower still plenty of whiting but only 3 cod to 3lb
ending the weekend with 12 cod to 3.5lb and loads of whiting and a good time had by all -

headed out on a lovely bright morning with stuart and jake on board to the back of the soth holm after reports of good catches yesterday unfortunatley today wasnt the same and with only one whiting to show for two and half hours we decided to up anchor and head to corton. we arrived at slack water and started catching the odd whiting until the tide started with good whiting coming in all the time until mid tide when the cod started to come in with stuart landing the first and most with jake and me only managing one apiece ending up with 6 cod to 3.5lb 30 good whiting and many more thrown back a good day had by all -

sat 1st dec
headed out on a cold frosty morning which soon turned to sleet, rain and very cold to a favored mark with brian, bob and barry on board with a steady stream of fish coming aboard mainly whiting with the odd codling thrown in for good measure then a cracking bite produced an 8.5lb cod best of the season so far. ending the day with 7 cod to 8.5lb and plenty of whiting
sun 2nd dec
headed out early to fish a local boat match with duane, dan, andy and malcom on board with good expectations after the previous days catch. the first cod was on the boat within 10 minutes and then coming steadilt throughout the day ending up with 12 codling to 3.25lb and plenty of whiting the biggest codling was just beaten for third place by 4oz although Lead Us did end up with the most codling for the day
a good weekends fishing and a good time had by all thanks to everyone. and thanks to brian for organising the match -

As usual great day out, Colin put us on the fish as anticipated. Thanks for the old wire booms Colin, they will keep me going for a few trips! Anyone reading this review would highly recommend Colin, very helpful.More trips being planned!

headed out on a lovely still frosty morning with 5 anglers on board arived at the mark at 8.30 with not a breath of wind and very little tide running things were slow until mid tide with plenty of good whiting coming in and then the first cod with this pattern continuing until the tide eased and the weather worsened at which point we decided to head in ending up with approx 40 good whiting, 5 cod to 3lb and a couple of spotties a good day had by all -

headed out on a lovely morning with 2 anglers on board to a favoured mark with fish from the off and steadily throughout the day end up with over 100 big whiting and many more thrown back 3 cod to 3.5lb should have been 2 more but they bounced off on the way up and a few dabs a good day had by all -

headed out on a lovley morning with 7 anglers on board a bit of a slow start but then the whiting came on the feed constantly thoughout the day with over 100 good sized fish taken home and many more thrown back and some of the biggest dabs ive seen for a long while a good day had by all -

with not bieng out for a couple of weeks it took a couple of moves to finally find the fish ending up with 10 smoothounds upto 7.5lb one small thornback 2 small bass and numerous spotties and a good day had by all -

Air show day on lead us 24/06/12
with the weather throwing everything it could and the heaviest rain ive seen for years produced some great fishing with 12 smoothounds between 4.5 / 7.75lb plus half a dozen smaller ones a mixture of starry and common and 10 whiting for good measure and a good day had by all -

headed out to a favoured mark of the town and was into fish almost straight away with fish coming steadily until slack water once the tide turned and the wind picked up it became unfishable so we had to call it a day ending up with 12 bass to 3.5lb, 1 thornback ,5 smoothies a whiting and a dab so not bad for a short day
