Hope everyone had a great Christmas & new year
Just a quick on to say thank you to all new & returning faces thanks for all the support over the seasons its been a pleasure as always
2024 was another fantastic year on the bass especially on the lures
Looking forward to getting stuck back in to the bass upon there return in spring!
Plenty of offshore lure trips & offshore exploring trips planned for 2025 along with the usual Hound, Ray, Tope, Bass trips locally
The 2025 diary is open & its look insanely busy from march to November
Looking forward to the season ahead hopefully see you all soon guys

Well guys the lure fishing has come to
An end for the 2024 season & its been a blast!
Biggest lure caught bass of the season went to
John 9lb 8oz - 72cm absolute beauty well
Done mate
She was closely followed by several 8- 9lb bass with tones of 6-7lb lure caught bass! Must of had 1000s this year
Its Been a fantastic season chasing bass on the lures i can’t wait for the 2025 season to begin missing it already.
The 2025 diary is open already & i have over 100
Bookings in so far so heads up its worth getting in-touch before its go late guys.
I have Got 8 more trips to do before Christmas but the weather is holding us in port annoyingly!!

The offshore autumn bassing continues to prove popular & provides unforgettable fishing as always!
The Average stamp is fantastic at the moment 4-5lb 58-60cm with both lures & worm baits working well.
Got to take the chance & push offshore when conditions fall right i will continue to push off there every chance we get until Christmas

The Autumn Bass fishing!!
As predicted & as the area is well known for the bass fishing has absolutely exploded!!
Cracking stamp of fish most around 4-5lb with some better ones amongst the mega shoals
I will be targeting bass offshore as much as physically possible until Christmas so plenty of time!
We will mainly target bass using the lure & live bait methods with some Bait fishing on the right tides too!
We will have to push further offshore for the better stamp of fish thats because the bass shoal up & head off so we will follow!
Take a look at my previous autumn hauls i think you’ll be shocked, It can be truly amazing too see 100s of very good size bass coming over the rails every cast!!

The offshore Bassing begins & had started with a bang! there’s a lovely average stamp of fish around 4-5lb best one this week was 7lb please note some days we hit 20+ fish some days we hit a 100+ fish!
The numbers & sizes should only increase as we move into autumn! Bring your lure set ups along with your uptide gear as it changes daily.
This time of year through till the end of November is some of the best bass fishing you will experience in the area

Fishing is steady
The Lure fishing for bass has ramped up alot lately on general grounds I suspect the warmer settled conditions has helped as the fish seem pretty shallow.
The bait fishing is better on the bigger tides for targeting bass on worms & mackerel strips.
Its now that time of year when we start pushing further offshore for the Bass on the wrecks & outer banks.
I will be heading out there one the right tides until end of November.
These offshore trips are very popular & some of the best bassing you can experience in the area for sizes & numbers!! Exciting times ahead!
Hounds are fishing well on crab or rag baits the fish are very shallow but this is more fun as they fight like mad in the shallows.
Bonus They aren’t to far away so this means when its a bit blowy to chase the bass we can stop short in the sheltered shallow waters & target the hounds. There are a few nice bass & stingray on the hound grounds aswell.

As alway the Bass fishing proves to be popular among anglers & the lure fishing being the most effective method at the moment.
Good job too as its exciting fishing & i do target them on lures every trip as most of you know by now.
Been Getting some lovely fish on the fresh mackerel baits mainly Bass & Tope odd Ray aswell but still some exceptional fish on the lures!
Its all about the bass & tope through the next couple months so come prepared guys i will do a proper report soon just been super super busy

The Big bass shoals have turned up its Lots of fun using lures & a good stamp of fish too!
There will be lots of lure only trips coming up along with evening bass sessions.
The big hounds are moving up in to the shallows now & theres some decent tope with them too!!
Theres also Mackerel showing golden bait for big bass & tope essentially live luckily we have a live bait tank onboard!
Its Pretty good out there at the moment weather is fairly settled too

There’s Plenty of bass around at the moment a decent stamp of fish & reasonable numbers aswell for April,
Worm baits & lures are most productive & both are a must if you want to target the bass. Its only going to get better as water temp rises with big shoals hitting the lures!
Hounds are creeping in more & more although we we’re catching them in February the real big girls are yet to arrive in proper numbers but im sure they will start showing in the shallows in coming weeks.
The Tope wont be far behind either & if the spurs are going to show it will be very soon aswell bedn a few rouge ones reported this week
To be honest il keep continuing to target bass until all the rest kicks off
Its nice & steady at the moment plenty for everyone.
