Still decent bass showing onboard Skerry Belle charter boat, we should start to see some cod turning up now the whiting are showing, thornback rays will be up on the Goodwin's aswell with some big hounds and Conger on the wrecks, autumn should be a great few months,

Good day on the Bass today for Terry's group from Kent aboard HUSSLER of Ramsgate, with fish to over 8lb on lures and and pirks.
As the bite slowed we dropped the hook and got straight into the Smoothounds, again with fish to over 8lbs. Hardly a chance to make the tea with the action with all anglers taking home their limit of Bass with many more being released. The Bass and Hounds will stay around until late November so give me a call and get amongst the action �� View Boats Page

Busy day again offshore with a 12hr Turbot/Brill & Bass trip. Approx 60 Turbot & Brill and 20 Bass along with some cracking Blonde rays and 1/2 dozen other species.
We will soon be targeting the Big Bream and Nick had a little scout today with his Offshore Bream rig - Happy to confirm that they are where we suspected they would be at this time of year and they are certainly Big! We have a few spaces available on these specialist Big Bream trips, checkout the calendar on our website for dates.

The Mackerel have arrived in good numbers, better late than never. They are a good size and very tasty.
Along with Smoothounds and Bass there is plenty to go for. HUSSLER is available to book this Saturday 2nd September.
