Had a great 3hr fishing trip this afternoon. Everyone caught loads of fish and Nick was a great skipper and very friendly and informative. He also filleted all our fish for us and we have just eaten it with some chips from the chip shop! Would definitely recommend this boat trip. Thanks again.

I would just like to say a massive thanks to Nick ive stuck whith him for some years and aways given 100 percent and made me safe . Yesterday was defo a red letter day for me catching the biggest fish aboard skylark and i also had the best brace of fish ive ever had .
Ive fished with loads of skippers over the years but i recon Nick gough on skylark is one of the best at his job and defo the top skipper in scarborough .all the best for the future Nick

Booked the 3hr fishing trip for myself and my son. Neither of us have done any fishing before. We were immediately greeted and made to feel really welcome.
It was very exciting actually catching some fish. We had a lovely time on there. A good laugh and a tasty tea of freshly caught Mackerel.
I would definitely reccomend this trip. We will be doing it again next time we are in Scarborough.

My son and I went on the 3 hour trip on 20th august. I was worried about being sea sick and/or getting bored. Well I needn’t have as the time flew by and we had a great time! We caught a dozen mackerel between us and really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend Nick and his crew. We will be back!

Just got back from a 3 hour trip on Skylark! Nick is very knowledgable and does his best to put you on the fish. The whole experience is extremely enjoyable and he is there to provide assistance wherever it is required. We had our just turned 4 year old onboard and can honestly say Nick was so patient with him and made his first UK fishing trip a memorable one for him! We would highly recommend Skylark whether you’re a beginner or a well seasoned angler! Thanks so much Nick, Theo now has a new best friend!

4. It was a bit delayed heading out but we weren’t disappointed. We shared the boat with 6 others and Nick kept us all informed. Within 2 mins we caught a fish which was great. It went a little quiet (as is the nature of fishing…no guarantees) so we moved somewhere else. Nick was a great skipper (who also involved with RNLI), and the time flew by. My eldest caught two and my wife (who has no interest in fishing) caught a cod!!!! Nick shared lots of interesting stories and we stayed out longer to give us more chances to catch stuff as well as letting the kids skipper the boat. We LOVED it. Thanks to Nick!!!

Great 6 hour trip on skylark. Nice to fish different ground to the Whitby charters. The tides were massive and most charters weren't sailing but Nick managed to put on a good trip on rough ground due to his great knowledge of the area. Great to see and catch some great fish so close to shore. It was slow at times on this particular day but luckily I got the lion's share and Nick sorted me out with some lovely fillets to take home.

He is a top skipper and always on form. Thanks again for a great day Nick.
