Having not boat fished for many iwas invited by some friends to take a trip on the the brigand

I have been out on the brigand a few times each time has been a great fishing experience with plenty of fish being caught. The crew are extremely helpful in every way and all ways the to lend a hand or a few tips. We were looked after all day with as much refreshments as you want followed by a killer bowl of scouse. Can not wait to get back out many thanks to Kev and Carl for a great sea fishing experience.

Having not boat fished for many iwas invited by some friends to take a trip on the the brigand and im delighted to say what treat it was and i can only repeat whats been said in other reviews Kevin was superb nothing is to much trouble,not only does he have top quality rods and reels his selection of terminal tackle is simply amazing literaly anything you need for any type of fishing on my first trip we had 8or9 different species of fish including asuperb mackeral which i caught myself photo is in the gallery needless to say in view of the ex perience i had no hesitation in booking another trip and will do so at least once a month. Im 16 never been out on a charter boat before but the brigand charter for my first experience i found amazing. Kev the skipper was on hand through out the day baiting and helping me out with changing my rigs. a great skipper with lots of expierience and knowledge out the water and the fish. i highly recommend this charter boat not just for adults and professionals but for also young and up coming fisher man like myself. i have already booked future trips with brigand charters.

Neil (Taskers Angling) We have now been on the Brigand with kev, 3 times in the last 2 months and have booked another trip before Christmas, This boat is ideal for both beginners and experienced anglers. Skipper Kev has unrivalled local knowledge. As you will all know, most fishing boats are dirty, worn and the skippers like to stay in the wheel house, NOT THIS SKIPPER !! NOT THIS BOAT!! Nothing is a problem for kev, On board you get as much tee/ coffee as you can drink, homemade scouse to warm you up, Also he provides all the tackle & equipment so you just get out your car straight on the boat, when you have finished just get off and drive home. AND MOST IMPORTANT HE KNOWS WHERE THE FISH ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I personally have caught a new species or had a PB every trip, not many boats you can say that about!! Looking forward to our next trip on the Brigand.

booked a ten hour trip with kevfor ten club members and can honestly say the brigand is by far the best charter boat we have fished from kwv is the most attentive skipper we have had the pleasure to fish with nothing is to much trouble for him excellent brews and plenty of them piping hot scouse and help with tackle and bait we shall be booking more trips with kev, cheers la, tony shortall southport sea angling club.

Got to be the hardest working skipper ive fished with, nothing was too much trouble excellent with novices and experienced anglers top class tackle and excellent baits and i caught my first cod, well in Kev

Hi my name is joe. Me and 8 others booked a trip on the brigand boat for 8 hours. We went in the out in the Mersey, it was a overcast day. We caught different types of fish dabs whitening doggies and cod, the biggest cod was 3 pound and I caught 2 half pound. Kevin the skipper was a great host he made us something to eat and made cups of tea and coffee and kept them flowing, he was really helpful and all the lads enjoyed them selfs and will be booking again soon
