A great set of lads had a really good day and to top it off caught over 90 mackerel

Very good day out on the sea catching mackerel, dabs, and whiting. Friendly experienced crew willing to teach and explain to a beginner like myself. Good trip about sandwiches and hot drinks available throughout the day, and i caught a ridiculous amount of mackerel. Would definitely go again and recommend to others.

So… no pollock but loads of mackerel kept 18 and put just as many under sized. weather, had a bit of rain in the morning barely any wind and a nice gentle swell and it even warmed up from mid day onwards they was hitting the jig on the drop near the bottom or on upwards stroke about 8ft off the bottom and big shout out to the Yorkshire Rose Fishing Trips had a right good laugh on board would definitely recommend them

Fishing off Scarborough today first couple of drift's were on mackerel constant then we moved south were we caught cod 3 to 4lb were plentiful. A good supply of Pollock up to 7lb mark.plenty of large mackerel in between.
