The smoothounds turned up in good numbers during May for some excellent fishing for the anglers aboard some days in excess of 40 hounds being caught & released the good majority being over 10lb although smaller tides did prove harder work but the off shore banks produced some nice size rays. Smoothounds should continue during June with more Undulate rays showing on the inshore Marks .

Nice to see the youngsters getting in on the action with young kody managing 9 fish in one trip no wonder his smile is from ear to ear.

JUNE dates still with spaces on 8th. 11th. 17th. 20th. or for a group bookings give me a call

Hi Rob, fantastic day out on seajuicer Sunday. Skipper put us bang on the mark . with in half an hour 2 specimen spur dogs were on board and then numerous blonde rays through out the day ,what with congers, dog fish, pout, undulate rays and a nice brill the fish kept coming. Plenty of tea prevented us from going dry between pulling up fish. So a big thanks once again Rob

A good day for the time of year, weather and tide stopped us from getting out for the Blonde rays and Spurs, but still plenty of fish for everybody.
On the last drops I took the pool with an 8 pound.Thoraback, followed seconds later by a 6 and half pound Cod for George the codfather.
Cheers Rob, looking forward to the next one

The winter cod fishing has kicked into gear really early with some good catches of cod coming aboard from marks in the Solent on the smaller tides most fish are around the 4-7lb mark. & taking the usual squid /lug cocktail. but the odd nice Cod of up to 16lb turning up so very steady fishing Also nice to see a few reasonable whiting over the slack water period on baited feathers.
On bigger tides the new grounds are again the favorite for general fishing area with some good size bass up 10lb coming up along with a good selection of rays. But a few less cod but that should improve over the next few months .

Best day so far 17 cod for micks pub group with the biggest one 10lb
