Good Friday was good, ended up with around 50 codling and got third over all on the day with Alan Knaggs cod which went 6lb 13oz on the scales top man on the boat was Ian Kellock from Hull who finished up with 11 cod all caught on his favourite gay pink jelly worm. Spaces still available through the festival dates.

DAY OUT YESTERDAY 11TH APRIL .GOT LET DOWN BY 4 ANGLERS WHO RANG THE NIGHT BEFORE DESPERATE TO GO .CALLED OWEN IF ANYONE ELSE GETS A BOOKING OFF HIM GET A DEPOSIT SO WENT OUT WITH 3 WHO TRAVELLED FROM CUMBRIA .AFTER ALL THE WIND AND ROUGH SEAS WE HAD WE WENT UPTIDING WHICH WASNT EASY BUT THE LADS FISHED ALL DAY ENDING UP WITH 17 TAKERS OF AROUND THE 2TO 3 POUND MARK AND A FEW THROW BACKS .THE FESTIVAL KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND WITH £1000 FIRST PRIZE UP FOR GRABS .SPACES NOW AVAILABLE DUE TO LATE CANCELLATIONS .

out again today to the wrecks with ian kellock ,romas, and igor with 7 of his mates from Scunthorpe out for the 1st time .a really cold day and a moderate sea made it not the easiest days fishing finished up with 28 cod top angler was romas from nelson in Lancashire with 8 fish .got spaces right up to next Saturday if anyone fancies a trip .

trip out today .with just 3 anglers dave ,Jason and tony all good anglers .so out to a few wrecks all 3 caught fish although Jason must have had a bad pint ant felt a tad under the weather .they finished up with around 35 codling all of a small stamp but good for eating .

A couple of days out to the wrecks it wasn't easy but we managed to find a few, I had a go myself on Sunday trying a shad finishing up with 6 fish best going 7lb.

out on Saturday started on a wreck on the 9 mile mark got around 15 cod 1 ling a couple of pouting and 1 witing .then went on to ground marks .but wind and tide together was a bit like hard work getting up to 1.9 knotts so decided to go in close and put the anchor down uptiding wich proved fruitless .so a really hard day with a smaller stamp of fish from what we have been getting lately .thev tides are building again so hopefully things should improve .going in morning with a family outing .so will report tomorrow night how we fared .

Day out today ground fishing, up to nine miles, five lads on board, four Latvian lads from Scunthorpe and Jason from Skipton who finished up top with about 14 fish, total fish for the day was around 35 as well as alot of chuck backs, Ling and Cod up to 5lb all lads went home happy, next trip Saturday with spaces still available, there is also places still available for the upcoming festival in April.
