I went on this trip as an individual booking last minute.Dave and Dee were very welcoming friendly and helpful offering a wealth of knowledge on the best tackle and rigs to use. Dave and Dee both worked hard sorting people tangles out and unhooking fish. Had a great day out and fish to boot, not forgetting the tea and coffee. Thanks to both of you will be back, Peter.

Told my husband to get there at 7.30when he got there 6regulars were already there set up all in the back ready to go. Three other individuals and my husband left to fish up front who were ignored by the skipper. When they tried to throw out their lines towards the back was told they were not allowed due to health and safety. As you can imagine 4disgruntled fisherman got off boat with no fish, and 6 happy fisherman got off the boat with fish. Would not go back on this boat again

Skippers Reponse: Only take 4 persons at back of boat. The lines go to the back of the boat by the tide. Casting is dangerous to other anglers. You were offered our sets of rods, several times but you declined.

Thanks Dave and Dee for a brilliant day; we all caught fish and you were both very helpful and fun to be with. Good to see a skipper who is as keen on conservation as catching fish. Will be booking again soon. Terry the stiker!

Having not been charter fishing for 30 years and fancying a days fishing I found Atlanta through CBUK. I booked as an individual and half expected the trip to be a basic holidaymakers experience but I was pleasantly surprised to find the rest of party made up of regulars. Being very rusty I found the advice from Dee invaluable and I was soon catching plenty of Whiting with a couple of Dogfish for good measure. I was then lucky enough to hook into a large Conger which both Dee and Dave estimated at over 40lb. After a considerable effort and much advice I managed to get the eel alongside the boat where Dee unhooked it to fight another day. Later in the day we changed marks and targeted flatfish. 2 Turbot and a nice Brill were caught on the boat to top a good days fishing. If your in Weymouth and looking for a good days fishing I thoroughly recommend contacting Dave and spending a day out on Atlanta. I will certainly go again.

A smashing day thanks to Dave and Dee - both extremely helpful to all on board, nice to see skipper and crew fishing, says it all. I'm hopeful to come back again later in the year.

We have an annual works fishing trip from London and always use Dave and "Atlanta",and willcontinue Toni the future. Dave will take time to listen to what you have to say.,and in shorter time ,will tell you why you are wrong.While this is going on ,Dee will be in the background making a brew to settle the nerves after Dave has enlightened one. We all come away a better person usually loaded with a wonderfully array of fish for the Bar -B-Q supper to endoff the day. Many thanks Dave and Dee. Rendel.

A top day chasing species. Dave managed to find us 13 varieties of fish including Conger, Huss, Smoothies, Plaice, Bream, Wrasse and Pollack. 20lb 3oz personal best Ling - it doesn't get much better than this! Great day out with Dave and Dee again, always trying something different and always conjuring up the unexpected. Can't wait for the April trip.

Fantastic day, LOTS of fish, a very helpful and patient skipper ( I am very novice) and a great boat with a great hot kettle! I will be returning very soon and could not rate this high enough!!
