Nick and I would like to thank you for a couple of cracking days fishing. Between us we managed to catch Cod, Pollock, Ling, Bass, Undulate rays, Small eyed ray, Blonde ray, Bullhuss, Turbot and good few Doggies. Top skipper who knows his stuff and we both look forward to going out with you again

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Keith it was a pleasure to have you and Nick on Flamer IV catching fish and the banter was great as well.

A great day out going after turbot, brill and plaice. We didnt catch but others on the boat did and we probably had the best day out of the Weymouth boats. We will be back to try again! many thanks to Colin for his help and his humour

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Richard and I look forward to seeing you on Flamer IV again soon.

After several aborted attempts, the weather was at last briefly kind to us, and we managed to go fishing. Today we were on one of Colins famous species comps which saw a variety from whiting, conger, bull huss etc caught. Even when conditions could be better, Colin always manages to find fish for his crew. Thanks Colin for another great day. his anglers

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Trevor and I look forward to seeing you on Flamer IV in 2014.

My honest opinion. The booking of Colin and Flamer was painless, with great information on were to meet the boat and parking adviceWhen Carol and I got to the top of the ramp that led to the pontoon, Colin was there to meet us with a trolley for us to use to take all the paraphenalia we seem to need for a days fishingOn board a Procharter for the first time and well impressed. Pefect layout and well thought and placed rod holders, rod rests on the rails and massive non slip tackle/cool box storage on the engine box.The plan for the day and tackle was explained in a friendly manner, a theme which continued all dayOff to catch mackerel and then anchored for rays. First hot drink of the day, served in plastic throwaway cups instead of the usual iffy lookingchina some boats use. The rays did not show and after numerous dogfish, with the tide slackening, Colin explained that we could get toanother reef which could be more productive. So after a relatively short time Colin upped anchor and headed off.Next mark was much more productive with Undulate ray, bream, conger and some cracking red gurnards. Another hot drink served, tea, coffee, oxo, bovril and some lovely soup were on offeWhen we lost the tide there Colin found some more, we were back catching rays, bream and bull huss. Yet more tea was servedAll day long Colin was friendly, jovial and professional.Nothing was to much trouble.Looking forward to the next trip

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Archie you and your wife Carol were a pleasure to have on Flamer IV.

Hi Colin, Thanks for another great couple of days on Flamer! The big tides and easterlies might have made the fishing tougher than usual, but I was still delighted with my first ever undulate ray, and I know James was dead chuffed with his p.b bass! Looking forward to my next trip now ...

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Tim, my pleasure as always when you are on Flamer IV.

7 of us went out with colib for the first time and colin put us straight on the fish! he was very helpfull to the 6 lads who have never fished and even though 4 of them are deaf he still managed to convey what was needed with relative ease. i set my target of catching a conger as i have never had one, colin helped me achieve this. all in all a great boat, skipper and day! will be booking again! listen to the man and you wont go wrong, we didnt. reef fishing mainley, 8 species caught. a big thanks drom steve the lads and the oranutan.

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Steve I really enjoyed having you and the boys on Flamer IV and I look forward to seeing you all again.
