Great day on the high flyer. unfortunately the Tope were not there, we certainly checked every possible location finding the prey species and having all the right baits out. ended the day on some inshore marks which wewre very productive. I ended up catching 5 species - Mackrel. sand eel, Red Gurnard, Flounder, Starry Smooth-Hound and Dog fish. Great company, great skipper, plenty of tea and banter. looking forward to the next trip.

Skippers Reponse: Tope hiding up today Paul think they were on holiday! Nice to see the gurnards, ended up ok. Thanks for the day. Jon.

Unlike the weather for May the atmosphere on board the High Flyer was calm as a Bass of 6lb was landed, three more taken during the day. Smooth hound ,whiting and Dabs also being taken, tea coffee, biscuits and good banter made for another good day out on the High Flyer, thanks Jon..

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Len, some nice fish today, weather bit naughty at times, enjoyable day though. See you soon. Jon.

had another trip out with jon and what a day for me started off with a decent size smooth hound this was a PB and this continued with the odd spottie dog, then things changed for me as not feeling 100% from day before decided to grab a few hours sleep on the deck (thx for the cushion jon) all in all a great but had days fishing

Skippers Reponse: we went through your pockets but didn't find anything! nice to get a pb. cheers jason see you soon. jon.

thanks for the day jon, shame about the British weather being wrong as usual. great start of the day with shay's bass ( being a keeper) caught with his first cast on rag. carmen caught a 3lb. 2oz smooth hound, young kai caught a good size doggy which hes been saying for the last few days that he was going to catch. sarah caught a good 7lb skate, everyone else did well catching good size doggys, couple of small whiting and some small smooth hounds. last catch was from barry catching a small flatty so good efforts from everyone. the day was a good laugh though the weather was rough and a couple of the team were abit ill. apart from them a real good day thanks to jon old.

Skippers Reponse: Thanks Barry for another trip always a pleasure. Weather bit windy to say the least! Glad we got a few fish at the end of the day. Cheers mate.
