She also has all the mod cons expected on a modern charter boat including an on deck toilet, kettle, microwave ect
Our aim aboard Snapper is to put you on the fish. Whilst we cannot guarantee you a British record, you can expect a good laugh, a fantastic day out and a few fish for the table.
Nothing is too much trouble aboard Snapper. If you have no gear it's no problem, there is a large selection available for you to use. We cater to all abilities of anglers, with trips suited to anyone wanting to give fishing a go. There are 8-10 hour inshore and wrecking trips, as well as half day and evening trips – perfect for families or introducing children to the sport. We also run 3-5 day trips to Alderney and the Channel Islands, an ideal lads holiday!
Snapper is not restricted to fishing trips, she is also available to charter for survey, cargo and workboat duties.

A lovely evening fishing on Snapper out of Weymouth harbour. Thank you Luke Pettis so much for a brilliant trip. Some lovely memories created that evening. Highly recommended and we'll definitely come out again the next time we are down South.

October has been a great month so far with plenty of variety, as you can see from our latest catches we’ve had two new boat records the first being a scad on a recent visit from the England fishing team for their annual squad weekend caught while fishing for bream of just under 2lb for Colin Searls and the second being a porbeagle shark of 160lb and we are only in our second week of the month. We have the wibac competition to look forward to along with the arrival of the squid. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call the diary is also open for next year to book early.

Fishing Report by Luke Pettis
Sep 2018 by Luke Pettis
September has been an interesting month so far In Weymouth with some big events being held such as the annual inter police competition being held with over 160 anglers taking part, over 20 species of fish were caught in just one day with every boat in the fleet taking part a lot of fun was had by all. September seem to bring an end to the mackerel locally but that hasn’t slowed the fishing down. with some of the best trips the boats ever seen taking place on the bream and with a huge abundance of conger Ells and other ground fish to go with them. We have also seen a big number of porbeagle sharks in the area and even managed to catch and land a few to the early 100lb range we will be up dating our calendars in the next couple of days. But if you are interested in a trip out with us on snapper please give us a call.
