sat 5th may
at long last some lovely weather and great fishing mirror flat seas and fish from the word go. all cod in the 2.5lbs to 4lbs. mixture of wrecks and reefs
ended up with over a 120cod best just over 7lbs most anglers taking home around 10 fish a piece.
lovely to see the shads kicking in and over half the fish fell to shads.
seems like proper summer has at last arrived, any minute now the first mackerels will be showing up as well. -

fri 23rd
decided to squeeze a day out today before the coming bad weather, really pleased we did, what a excellent day, especially for February, decided to push a good way off.
and it paid off from the first drop fish straight on, and picked up fish every drift. loads of nice fish 5-6lbs stamp. with Michael breaking his personal best with a lovely cod of 10.5lbs
and regular tony picking up a nice ling tipping the scales at over 13lbs 7 anglers taking over 100 fish
looking really promising for this coming season -

another very canny days fishing weather was a lot kinder as well today . we took around 70 fish most in the5-6 lbs bracket
a few fish over 7lbs best anglers taking 12 to 14 fish each. all cod, with a few ling and odd Pollack.
as usual a lot of sized fish also retuned to fight another day -

out today another windy old day but nice at anchor, with well over 5o keepers taken. lots of size fish also returned for another day.
best 2 anglers sonny and alan taken 15 fish each home. a fair few 5-7lbs fish taken
best tonys 7.5lbs cod, nice one tony, -

another very canny days fishing, with around 40 keepers being taken, including a couple of crackers
for first time boat fishing 15 year old Dylan atkinson, with a lovely winters cod, of 11.5lbs and a nice Pollack of
7.5lbs. a pair of lovely January fish -

out today and another good day for early January, with sonny catching around 30 fish himself keeping around 15 of them, a good few were in the 4 t0 6 lbs range, lovely winter cods
plenty whiting and pouting also putting in a appearance. keeping the bite rate busy,
lugworm and squid proving best baits, also a few ling were taken as well best 7.5lbs for Russell
plenty tea and coffee and the pleasant weather made the day fly over. itching to get out again

weekend 14th October
a nice morning for a change off round the wrecks picking up some nice lings 4 into double figures
best alans ling at 15.5lbs
also a few cod and some nice Pollack around 8lbs, ended up with around 50 nice fish.

sat 1st October
started off a little breezy as we headed off round the wrecks picking fish up off most the wrecks, as we went
eventually the wind eased, allowing us to push further off, picking up some nice lings with over 50 nice fish
being taken, mostly lings, 10 or so double figured lings. with tony taken a nice 15lbs ling breaking his pb
also some nice Pollack to 9lbs and cod to 9lbs

Managed a trip out on Monday
Sea was a little snotty off to the wrecks and plenty mackerel as usual.
Picked up around 30 fish with lings 11lbs and 13 lbs cods to 7lbs
And at least 10 polllack 6-8lbs best at 9lbs.

off round the wrecks.was a little slow but bob did manage this lovely cod of 20lbs
