sunday 18th dec
out today and uptiding came on with a bang only 4 anglers taking over 80 cod
baited muppets, with prawns squid and ragworm all taking fish
with a fair few cod up to 8lbs
majority 3-4lbs
but a lovely day out, especially for time of year ,and signs of another good winters
uptiding, when weather allows -

sat 1st October
had a lad out today was his first ever boat trip and his first ever fish was this cracking 25lbs ling.

thurs 15th sept
a foggy old day, but certainly not dull with a 8ft porbeagle shark riving at least two anglers nice fish off the line.
and circling the boat for 5 minutes.
despite this we took some nice lings and Pollack, off the wrecks. with davy taking this lovely 20lbs plus ling
and another 4 or 5 double figure lings amongst the catch. -

jfk two sunday 14th august
nice days fishing had the locomotion sea angling club a board, from newton aycliffe
a nice day with around 70 fish coming aboard. a fair few doubles and the best on the day
was lewis garbutts personal best. a nice 17.5lbs ling -

Friday 5th august
turned out a nice day off round the wrecks as usual. a steady stream of cod ling and some Pollack
coming aboard. cod upto 14.5lbs lings to 14lbs
then mark decides to top his personal best with this nice ling 20.25lbs

Saturday 23rd july
another good days wreck fishing, with a lot of cod in the 6-8lbs bracket being boated, and a good few over the 10lbs. with fish again coming in from almost every wreck we visited,
and well over a 100 being taken. -

off round the wrecks again today and despite the wind another really good day.
picking up nice cod in the 6-8lbs mark, from all the wrecks and a steady stream of ling as well,6 or more going into double figures best over 15lbs. nice Pollack to 9lbs
lads averaging 8-10 nice fish each. -

with this lovely 15.5lbs cod, swiftly followed by a 11lbs ling and a double shot of cod,

sun 3rd july
despite the recent winds the fishing has been spot on with catch's of fish from 40- to 80 fish
mostly lovely plump cod in the 5-8lbs bracket. some double figured.
also lings up to 15lbs

all wrecks we visited produced nice fish, sometimes 2 at a time finished up with over 80 nice fish
for the day
so july has continued to produce excellent fishing, same way as june finished
