    Making the most of the good weather on Lead Us Sat 31st & Mon 2nd
    two excellent days weather saw us heading out to some favoured marks which produced some good fish Sat we had 9 bass to 5lb, 1 cod @ 5.5lb several smoothounds and lots of spotties, Mon 8 bass to 4lb, 3 cod to 5.5lb, 4 thornbacks to 6lb and lots of spotties and smoothounds a good time had by all

    A day out with Josh and family headed to a regular mark with hopes of a few codling which had been reported over the past couple of weeks, dropped anchor with a couple of hours of the flood left within a few minutes the first fish was landed a nice sized whiting followed by plenty of undersize codling and a few more whiting until slack water, the ebb started with a few more whiting and the first sizable codling things quietened down as the tide started to race, as the tide started to ease again we had a good flurry of codling to 5lb plenty more smaller ones ending up with 8 sizable codling to 5lb approx 15 undersize a 1lb pouting and half a dozen good whiting a very enjoyable day had by all.

    three days out with different wind and tide conditions on each day on a local mark produced some nice fish over the three days with approx 150 good sized whiting 14 cod to 4lb, 1 thornback @ 4lb and a good sprinkling of doggies and a good time had by all

    with a good lump on the water decided to wait until the ebb started to go out started fishing at approx 12.15pm with fish coming from the off with a slightly slack period around mid tide and then they started again hauled anchor at 16.45pm ending up with 16 cod to 3lb and approx 40 whiting not bad for 4.5 hours fishing with 4 rods

    Headed out for a days fishing on Lead us yesterday with Mark and skipper Colin.
    steamed along the coast for a little while to the usual spot. was a bit of wind blowing but but not much swell.
    started fishing about 10am. the fish were coming in nice and steady all day some lovely codling and whiting coming aboard all day with the odd spotty dog and dab thrown in for good measure, the wind started to pick up with the turn of the tide and it became a bit bumpy fish through until 4pm and called it a day ended up with 23 nice codling around 60 whiting 3 nice sized dabs and half a dozen nice dogfish

    a great days fishing with good company will defo be heading out again some time soon :)

    last minute decision to grab a small weather window and head out for a days fishing with mark and ritchie aboard, we headed out to a well known mark with fish coming in from the off and steadily throughout the day ending up with 23 cod to 4lb and approx 60 whiting to 1lb an excellent day had by all

    two perfect days weather and good tides prudced some great fishing from a local mark.
    saturday we had 19 codling to 3lb, approx 100 whiting to 1.5lb & 20 spotties
    monday 9 codling to 3lb 80+ whting and 15 spotties nice to see so many codling about so early

    headed out to a favoured mark close inshore to miss the strength of the big tides at the minute with a steady stream of whiting coming in through out the day wth a few other species thrown in for good measure ending up with approx 70 whiting 2 codling 2 dabs 2 eels & 10 spotties a good day had by all and nice to see some early cod

    headed out on a lovely morning with gruzzle , barry and snapper on board past the stranded beamer aground just outside the harbour entrance to a mark 2.5 miles off lowestoft dropped anchor just as the tide was starting to run just south of a rip. snapper started the day off with a small hound closely followed alovely little tope had a few of these this year. with hounds coming at regular intervals through the day half a dozen mackeral at slack water and a nice thornback to finish the day off we ended up with 12 hounds to 7lb, 1 thornback @, 5lb 5 mackeral, 1 tope and a few spotties. a great day out with some pbs for some see you all again soon regards colin

    after a week off due to weather conditions headed out not knowing what to expect things were a bit slow on the flood with 6 bass and a few spotties and smoothies coming aboard, didnt know if i should make a move but decided to see how the start of the ebb fished before making a decision. As the flow picked so did the fishing with bass coming in frequently with a couple of thornbacks thrown in for good measure ending the day with 19 bass to 5.5lb, 2 thornbacks to 4lb and loads of spotties and smoothies a good day had by all
