A day to remember, two personal bests for me! Thanks Chris for such a great days fishing, it's always a pleasure to see the skipper as excited as we were about catching fish, with his expert advice and knollage of wrecks and fishing grounds off the Brighton makes for a great day out. Lookin forward to the next trip already!!!

i decided to take my 10 year old son conger fishing, so booked with criss on great escape, luckily flat calm and warm,we ancored a wreck more than an hour out from brighton marina, after a shot time criss the skipper was not happy and upped ancore and moved further out ,with criss's help and advice my son hooked in to something big, sometime later it appeared behind the boat, a 60lb conger,and a very happy young boy,a few pictures and released unharmed, great day out .thanks bw

I've tried the rest and now only go with the best. I have never had a skipper work so hard to ensure his customers have the best day possible. Today he did not stop providing good practical advice and if it got confusing he just shows you and takes you through things step by step. He even filleted the cod and pollock for us. Can't wait untill the next trip.

Yet another smashing day on the Great Escape all down to a smashing skipper. I have been fishing with Chris now for well over 8 years and every time we go out we have a diffrent adventure. today was no diffrent. Cod to the size of 19 pounds which was small compared to last trip, conger, Gurnard and plenty of the BBQ faviotes "Mackerel". Chris is always there to help out the people who need that little extra care. Its not very often that we have a blank day as Chris always tries very hard to find those fish. Already booked our next trip for this year and looking for another Great day!

Me, my wife and 10&11 year old children had a great day out with Chris Bray on the Great Escape. It was our first time out wreck fishing and we were given all the help that we needed (and we needed plenty of it). Chris really seemed to know what he was doing, another charter boat following behind wherever he went. The family had a brace of double figure pollack each, which Chris expertly filleted for us on the journey back to shore. The itself boat itself has plenty of room inside the cabin, with a kettle on the go all the time, and out on deck. I've got another trip booked and hope it will be just as good as the last.

top skipper, i have been fishing with Chris for nearly seven years now, and undobtedly he is the best i have fished with. A knowlegable, hard working skipper is hard to find, and i think you would be hard pressed to find another skipper that works hard to put the anglers on the fish. This was the second time we have used Chris's boat and have found the days out on board very enjoyable, both times we had good catches, with Chris tirelessly searching out a decent wreck were the fish were feeding. Tea was free flowing along with helpful hints for the novices that were in our group.Would recomend a day on Chris's boat

Weather was glorious but fishing was hard on this particular trip. Chris worked tirelessly to find a wreck holding feeding fish and seemed to disregard the cost of diesel in his search in which we covered many a mile.

I have fished for many years and have yet to find a skipper to equal Chris Brays knowledge and enthusiasm for what he does best, chartering probably the uk's finest, friendliest,excellent value for money,top catch rated and bottom-less tea potted charter boat i've ever fished from. I can't rate this guy enough so try him, you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!
