Brilliant Mackeral fishing trip today with Stuart on the Ebony May.
Made the whole family feel very welcome and safe thoughout, the kids loved the experience and came away with 24 Mackeral and a close up view of seals on the way back as an added bonus.

Went out with Stuart on Ebony May, had great day on the Tope. First drop, caught a 31lb, then next had 3 more, up to 35lb. Great to have a skipper of Stu's experience. Great bloke, nothing too much trouble, tea & coffee all day!

First time out on the happy hooker. We were after Bass but the Bass were not playing or the mackys, the skipper try'ed his best moving from mark to mark. We ended up on the hook and had gurnard and some mackys. In all had great day even if the fishing was hard. Look forward to seeing you next year.

Had the great pleasure of another great day out bass fishing aboard the Happy Hooker out of Saundersfoot harbour. By rights I should have wrote my first review last year when I first got hooked on the bass fishing off Saundersfoot. Alan the skipper is a great coach and gets obvious pleasure in passing on his knowledge and experience to both novices and more experienced anglers alike. If I could I would go fishing with him every week. I have fished with him about half a dozen times now, always caught, always learnt and always had a good laugh.

Very good experience. Really enjod the time. Very experienced guide and very good costumer service.

What a great days fishing. My friends Graham, Paul, Phil, Chris and I caught a variety of fish including Tope, Mackerel, Gurnard, Bull Huss, Dogfish and Bass. Alan was great company and he worked incredibly hard all day to locate the fish and help with baiting up and unhooking. He kept us entertained all day with his anecdotes and recollections of past trips. The fish we took home were delicious. We will definitely book again.

We had a brilliant day out on the Happy Hooker. I had never been fishing before but my fiancé persuaded me to give it a go. Really enjoyed the experience and Alan is one of the funniest people you will ever meet, even booked in another 5 hour trip a few days later as we enjoyed the experience so much! Would definitely recommend for both experienced fishers and amateurs, it was really good value for money and Alan went out of his way to find the best places to fish. Looking forward to coming back soon it was the highlight of our holiday 

The best days Bass fishing ever! Alan took us drifting for bass the largest was over 8lb, there were not many drifts when fish didn't come aboard. With his wit and experience the whole day was brilliant. Our september date is booked for 2014 and we look forward to other trips with the Happy Hooker

Well I'm going to be honest, The weather today was not the best being Windy but warm but the sea was a south Easterly. Alan, Our Skipper was very honest and gave us more than one opportunity to not go out mainly because the risk of not catching a fish but having a group of us (Four of us) me Wayne being Ex Army, Clyde (Active RAF), Andi and Delme both IT Experts we took the risk. It was fantastic. Ok we only caught a handful of fish but the experience was fantastic. We all loved it very much and as for Alan we all think he is the best. He was friendly, Talkative, and full of humour. It was as if we had known him for years. He chatted with us and kept moving his boat to give us all the best chance of getting some fish. We will definatly use Alan again and I would fully recomend him to anyone. Well done Alan. PS See you nect year for Bass Fishing.
