Another nice session on Wave Dancer but cod still being a bit elusive. There were 7 boats out and I don't think anyone found too many fish. Usual whiting and dabs but maybe still too much fresh water coming through? Anyway, nice pleasant day in good company. Loved the stew. Thanks to Karl for trying hard to get us on the fish. Ended the day with a bit of a delay because the lock keeper lost his keys :) It was nice to see all 7 boats in the lock at the same time though. Booked again for a bash in February. Maybe a few more cod by then.

Another trip out with what is starting to become "fishing family", Carl and Chris as ever going above and beyond to ensure you have a great day. Fishing was challenging but despite that over 50 total came over the rail so can't call the a bad day lol. Will be booking in again soon Chris, cheers from myself and Charlie

Excellent, exceeded expectations. Friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble, even dropped me off at home! Must mention the lunch, the scouse (stew) was good but would have been better with a few dumplings!! Back in November for cod.
