Back on Spindrift as promised! And once again Gareth came up with the goods.... one hell of a Conger session yet again with 16 coming aboard and the best fish of the night to yours truly, another PB smashed, this time with an Eel of 35lb.

If your looking for Quality fish from a knowledgeable skipper out of the Port of Holyhead, then look no further.... Had many cracking trips out with this Skipper when others would say too rough (I must add that I mean they say too rough when very fishable).. Gareth has helped me smash 3 PB's to pieces during 2013 as well as a few firsts... Never have i seen so many Conger Eels aboard a boat over 25lb in weight, including one of 50lb+ for my 11yr old son.. Add to this Big Huss to 16lb+, countless Spurdog to a PB of 14lb, some cracking Ray fishing and large Smoothhound... I'll certainly be sailing with him again in 2014... I took my wife and son (age 12) on a 4 hour evening trip on Spindrift & we all had a great time. Gareth (and his young helper) were great and the marks picked out were spot on. We had loads of dogfish sport, a couple of bull huss were caught and my wife caught a 20lb tope (that's her with the 20lb tope in the picture gallery!) which Gareth made her land herself - well done Gareth!! I would definitely recommend Spindrift to anyone - experienced or just on hols.

Yet another great day with a very helpful skipper. I have been on Spindrift 2 with Gareth for about 9 years now and con not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Gareth

another great trip, fished an evening trip congering on the meath, fishing started slow but then turned into the best congering session i've ever experienced, once they came on the feed there wasn't a single occasion where there wasn't at least a couple of anglers into good fish, thee congers ranged from 10lb to 50lb and took any bait thrown at them, with herring getting the bigger fish

great day afloat, we had herring by the bucketload, pollock and coalies to 3lb huss and conger as well as whiting dabs and pout. thanks gareth

Had a great day out with Gareth on Spindrift recently, fishing a match with a few other boats and a great day was had by all. Gareth helped the lads constantly with his knowledge and tea-making, not to mention his untangling skills. Thanks for a great day, we will definitely be booking again.
