Another brilliant day on the brand new Supanova II. We had a days wrecking for those hard fighting Pollack booked and Lyle once again didn't disappoint. After a 2 hour steam we found our first wreck and fishing was more than steady from the start. Plenty of near double and a splattering of doubles kept on coming up. It was like this all day best Pollack hit the 15lb mark and I had a bonus 21lb Ling. Lyle as always filleted the fish on the way home. Back breaking work as our group all had a good day!!! I would certainly recommend Lyle to anyone as he has got the knack of finding the fish. Cant wait till the next trip.

Thanks Lyle for a great days fishing. My first trip for over 10 years and my wish was to catch a plaice. Mission accomplished beyond my dreams at 6lb 12oz. Fishing the race was an experience and the bass obliged. Thanks for putting us on the fish and making all the anglers feel welcome.

Another top day with Lyle.Fishing wasnt hectic but the quality of fish that was caught was excellent. My best Plaice before this trip was a mere 2lb. Was well chuffed when I pulled up a 5lb 7oz beauty! Lyle was on hand to give me advice when I was bringing my pb in. all in all an excellent day for everyone on board. Cant wait to go out again. Roll on August 19th.

just back from a three day trip with lyle and have to say that every aspect of the experience was outstanding. Turbot and brill were difrficult but lyle still put us on fish including a new pb for me. The plaice fishing was extraordinary however. We caught fish at all the marks we tried but on day two, in a two hour spell, five of us had 12 over 4lb, 5 over 5lb and a six! He also took us to try for some cod and pete had a big one first drop which we followed up with several more to 15lb in about an hour. He also took us into the race to fish for the bass where he tried to show us how they catch them down there, he succeeded of course but we didnt, we were not good enough i'm afraid to say and were smashed up comprehensively every time but it was great to experience another kind of fishing. one nice point was that lyle joined us for a meal and beers in the pub to watch the football where quite a few celebratory drinks were consumed and he then told us to be on the boat for half six! He was there waiting as five bleary eyed blokes walked down the quay in the morning! Absolute first class all round and cant wait for return in September.

wrecking for cod trip,very friendly crew,very exiting trip out.skipper was very calm and patient with anglers who had less boatfishing experience and I had first decent ling!will be defo booking again soon

Fished with Lyle Monday 28th May had an amazing days fishing Tope Conger Turbot and was topped off by my son landing his personal best cod of 22lb
